Your visit

If a permanent tooth is knocked out

1

Pick it up carefully

Hold the tooth by the crown, not the root. Rinse it gently.

2

Keep it moist

Store it in milk or a tooth preservation solution. Do not let it dry out.

3

Call us right away

Ideally see a dentist within 30 to 60 minutes. Call (604) 266-8910.

Outside our hours or in a serious emergency

We are closed Friday to Sunday. If you have trouble breathing or swallowing, or severe bleeding or injury, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
